Properties of the Synchrotron Spectrum of the Tandem Undulators in Taiwan Photon Source

In order to know the characteristics difference of the coherent photon flux between the single and tandem undulators. A Monte Claro simulation based on the Wigner distribution function (WDF) is used to calculate brilliance of synchrotron radiation that generated by the single and tandem undulators in the double-mini-betay lattice in the Taiwan Photon Source (TPS). This study will discuss the effects of the quadropoles which are between the two collinear undulators, the electron beam with and without emittance and energy spread, and the photon focusing issue. The brilliance ratio between single and tandem undulators in low and high energy range will be presented herein.
