During recent years, the learner-centered teaching method has gradually become the popular way in the design of teaching activities. Teachers must think about how to improve students' learning interests in class, provide appropriate teaching materials and activities. This presentation takes a general physics course as an example to share how to plan suitable rhythms in teaching by using worksheets, videos, demonstrations and questioning techniques. Teachers can help students to reach a higher degree of concentration and participation by this teaching method and achieve better learning outcomes.
